Trust and verification
You are being asked to connect a wallet, so here is what you can check before you do. Every claim on this page points at something you can read yourself.
The company
HODLQuest is operated by UDAO SkillsValley AG, Hinterbergstrasse 20, 6312 Steinhausen, Switzerland, registered in the Swiss commercial register as CHE-173.017.126. That number is searchable in the public register. The same details are on the imprint, which is the legally binding version.
Your money stays yours
Joining an ordinary quest moves none of your funds and needs no wallet transaction. When a quest asks you to hold a coin, it goes into a vault deployed at an address you own rather than into ours, and the treasury never takes custody of a participant's funds. The contracts enforce that; it is not a promise we make. One consequence to know before you join such a quest: releasing a hold ends your entry to it, even if you put the coins back afterwards. The full rule is on How it works.
The contracts
Live on Polygon mainnet, chain 137. Open either in a block explorer to see its balance, every transaction it has ever made, and its verified source code.
- Quest treasury — Holds every quest's reward pool and sends the payouts.

What we have not done
There is no third-party security audit of these contracts, and we are not going to imply one by saying something vaguer.
A published source is not an audit. The contracts' source code is verified on the block explorer, so you can read exactly what they do rather than take our word for it — but nobody independent has been paid to attack it. If you are weighing a large amount, weigh that.
Reaching a person
Email info@skillsvalley.io. The address is on a different domain from this site; it is the contact the operator publishes on the imprint, which is the binding version. The help page covers what to do when a join, a hold or a reward has gone wrong, and what to include so the first reply is useful.
